Facility Resale Preparation
Our crews safely and efficiently remove production equipment to deliver an empty facility per contract terms. We expertly prepare the premises for turnkey occupancy or resale.
Residual Lubricant, Ink, & Fluid Removal
Prior to removing obsolete machinery, we thoroughly collect lubricants, product residuals including oils and inks from tanks and piping, reservoirs, and gearboxes. We will wash production areas if required, leaving your facility clean.

Over 30 years of scrapping the heaviest steel equipment and structures in the mining, marine, railcar and locomotive, bridge deconstruction, and industrial production line industries has taught us how to remove and process steel in every application in which it can be used. Thanks to this decades-long background, we have become experts in the processing and dismantling of any type of heavy industrial scrap iron.
Contrary to niche contractors such as millwrights and riggers, our crews are completely versatile in handling your residual products in addition to your heavy machinery. This eliminates the need for hiring additional contractors for the various elements of the removal process.
